Youth Sports offers a wide variety of sports throughout the year by partnering with the city of Lawton & the YMCA. Children must be registered and enrolled with CYS Services Parent Central Registration, to be eligible to participate. They must also have a sports physical that will remain current throughout the season of their sport. You can obtain an appointment to register and enroll your children with CYS Services by one of the following methods:

  1. Visit CYS Services at Building 4700 to get an appointment.
  2. Call Parent Central Registration at (580) 442-3927. Leave a message with your contact information and we’ll be in touch.
  3. Email to fortsillcer@conus.army.mil.

CYS Services only does registrations BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

For all Youth Sports activities, children must have a sports physical prior to registration. Call CYS Services Central Registration to register for an appointment at (580) 442-3927/4836.
